Move to the new operational facilities at Alzenau. There, SCHERER Feinbau has a 14,200-square-metre site and a modern building with an area of around 9,000 square metres for production, management, and technology. The sheet metal fabrication and mechanical processing are still based at the old site.

2014

Start of construction for the new headquarters at Alzenau according to the plans of the prestigious Kassel architecture office of RSE.

2012

CHIRON acquires majority stake of Scherer Feinbau GmbH

2008

Increased expansion in the international segment; the workforce rises to more than 180 employees

2007

Move to a third production hall; the company receives the "Bavaria's best 50" award as one of Bavaria's most successful companies

Move to a second production hall; the number of employees rises to 80

Acquisition of the Feinbau company as a basis for today's mechanical engineering

Expansion of the company: Construction of a hall and move within Mömbris to the site on Frankenstraße. The sheet metal fabrication and mechanical processing are still based there.
